There are two ways of accessing the service: (i) The guest logs in to the wifi and can access it from the wifi connection page. (ii) We provide a custom-designed banner with a QR code embedded for your guest to scan and access the service. The banner will include tutorials on how to use the application.

As we provide the service via a web application, there is no need to download or sign-up. Guests can start using the web app using their last name and room number.

You create a master login for your hotel's dashboard when you sign up. You will be able to invite your team members to the dashboard and involve them in the process. If you get stuck, please contact our dedicated support team.

Hotel staff can receive requests on multiple platforms. Each team member will have unique credentials to log in to the admin panel. Staff can access it via the web, mobile, and tablet applications, where they will receive requests, assign staff members, and mark requests as completed.
